Chums has you covered! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Chums SunCare purchase, send it on back within 60 days of receipt, and we will replace it or issue a full refund. That easy!

How To:

1. Call or email our incredibly friendly and efficient customer service department at 877-665-2272; store@chums.com for the appropriate Return Authorization number.

2. Pack it up, please include all pertinent available paperwork and don’t forget to include contact information and the return shipping address if needed.

3. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box and ship (use a trackable shipping service) to:

We’ll replace, or refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If replacing we will re-ship the items to you via ground service free of charge. If you would like expedited shipping our standard rates apply.
